He was preceded in death by his sister, Ariana Pena Espinoza.

Joseph is survived by his loving parents, Luis Alberto Pena-Mancinas and Shantel M. Espinoza, many relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 27, 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Daniels Family Funeral Services, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124. Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2020, 10:30 AM, Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, 87124.
