Josie Estrada

Estrada, Josie (Padilla) Age 79, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at home surrounded by family and friends in Albuquerque. She was born at her parents� ranch in San Lorenzo Canyon, NM on September 4, 1933, to Herminio and Doloritas (Romero) Padilla. Josie was a dedicated lifetime member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Josie is survived by her brothers: Lauro Vigil, Albuquerque, NM and John Vigil, San Antonio, NM. Her sisters: Flora Millfelt, Santa Clara, CA and Beatrice Chavez, Socorro, NM. She was a loving Mother to: Albert Estrada, San Antonio, NM; Linda Wilcox, Albuquerque, NM and Reuben Estrada, Albuquerque, NM. Josie was also a loving grandmother to: Robert Lee IV, Albuquerque, NM; Christopher Wilcox, Sacramento, CA; Benjamin Estrada, San Antonio, NM; Zachary Estrada (preceeded in death); Christian Estrada, Orange, CA; Alyssa Estrada, Albuquerque, NM and Reuben Estrada Jr., Albuquerque, NM. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 10:00 am with the Memorial Service beginning at 12:00 pm in the Strong-Thorne Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106, (505)842-8800. A Graveside Service will be held Monday December 17, 2012 at 12 noon at Socorro Seventh-day Adventist Cemetery. Directions are available at Daniels Family Funeral Home in Socorro (575) 835-1530.
