Josie Padilla

Padilla � Josie Padilla was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 29, 2012. Josie was born in Progreso, New Mexico on October 16, 1934 to Fidel and Mary Esther (Alderete) Gallegos. She was an active parishioner of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic parish. Josie is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Ramon Padilla, children Sister Mary Joseph, Teresa Padilla, Ramon Padilla and wife Anna, Nancy Padilla, Rita Garcia and husband Ray and Joseph Padilla and wife Kim, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. Also surviving her sister Mollie Candelaria and husband Robert, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She will be missed by all. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 9:30 am followed Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, on the corner of Lomas and Tennessee NE.
