Josie M. Trujillo

Josie M. Trujillo, age 61, daughter, sister, and mother passed away peacefully, Wednesday, November 6, 2019. She was born in Ponderosa, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque, NM.

She was preceded in death by parents; Reynel & Chonita Trujillo, sisters; Lucille Griego, Erlinda Muller, brothers; Roy Trujillo, Tony Trujillo.

Josie is survived by her son Christopher Trujillo, brothers; Reynel Trujillo Jr. of Ponderosa, NM, Henry Trujillo his wife Mary Lou of Santa Fe, NM, sisters; Eva Berglund of Rio Rancho, NM, Nadine Trujillo of Albuquerque, NM, Reina Crowley of Albuquerque, NM, Frances Johnson and her husband James of Ponderosa, NM, and numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She loved and adored her WalMart family, and they were with her until the end. Josie was treated with such kindness and respect at the NM Cancer Center, and the family is forever grateful for their support. The family would like to send a sincere "Thank You" to Hospice of NM for the compassion and grace they showed Josie and the family. Josie will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose lives she touched.

A Memorial Visitation will be Friday, November 15, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral~ Southern Chapel, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Road, Rio Rancho, NM 87124
