Joyce Ann Jaeger

Our beloved mom Joyce Ann Jaeger passed away August 9, 2019 peacefully at the home she shared with her daughter Christine and husband Marvin. Joyce was born on March 7, 1929 in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Greta Mclaughlin, 10 of her 11 siblings, her husband James and her son Michael. Joyce was survived by her eldest daughter Catherine Stacy, her son Robert Jaeger, his wife Regina, her daughter Renee Mimovich, her husband Mark, her daughter Theresa Maude and her husband Jim, her daughter Christine Cannedy, her husband Marvin, her daughter Laura Yancey and her husband Monte and her son Stephen Jaeger and his husband Michael Lowder. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Joyce was born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada. When Joyce was a young women she had a dream of becoming a nurse, one that she realized in 1951 when she graduated with honors at the Hotel-Dieu of Saint Joseph in Edmonston, Brunswick, Canada. She married her husband of 41 years in 1953. She worked as a nurse while raising her children. She was an avid reader and loved doing the New York Times crossword puzzle. Joyce was a huge Denver Broncos fan who would make any football fan proud. She was a wonderful cook and nobody could make homemade bread like our mom!
