Juan J. Maestas

Juan Jose Maestas Jr., 46 went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his mother; Nora Morgan-Maestas, son; Joseph Alejandro Maestas, grandson; Samuel Cotinola, niece; Amanda Duran & nephew; Robert Maestas.

Juan is survived by his father; Juan Maestas Sr., spouse; Lavern, sons; Anthony Maestas, Carlos Cotinola. Stepson, Eric Leaton and Step Daughter, Sandra Cotinola. One granddaughter; Mariela Cotinola.

Special Grandmother who is 103 years old; Pita Maestas.

Three sisters; Dolores, Diane & Ramona Maestas, one brother; Armando Maestas (Kelsey).

Juan has many loving nieces and nephews as well as extended family members whom he cherished.

Juan’s Celebration of Life will be on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Located at, New Beginnings Church; 4770 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87109.

Burial to follow Celebration of life: Pajarito Cemetery, 5807 Coors Blvd, South Valley, New Mexico, 87105.

Reception to follow 3:00pm-4:00PM, located at New Beginnings Church.
