Age 41, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on April 27, 1976, to Rosalio and Dolores Romero. Juan graduated high school in 1994 from Rio Grande High School in Albuquerque. He then served 3 years in the U. S. Army stationed at Ft. Drum, NY and Ft. Lowda, OK. When he returned home, he proceeded to obtain an Associates Degree in Art from CNM. He was a very talented artist and singer, always enjoying karaoke. He worked at Sandia Resort & Casino as a Revenue Auditor. Juan is survived by his devoted wife of 9 years, MacKenzie Romero, mother, Dolores Romero; father, Rosalio Romero; brother, Nick (John Antoniades) Romero; sister, Maggie Trujillo; father-in-law, Eric Bronston; mother-in-law, Doris Bronston; brothers-in-law, Ivan, Nehemiah, Joshua (Tanderra); sister-in-law, Faith; nieces, Isabella and Gabriella; and nephew, Elijah. Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, July 25th 2017 at 9:30 A.M. at St Edwins Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona Rd., SW, Albuquerque, NM, 87105. Mass of Resurrection will immediately follow at 10:00 A.M. Celebrant Peter Muller. Interment will take place in San Antonito, NM following the services. Honorary pallbearers are Ralph Torres, Ian Huffman, John Segura, and Louie Duran.
