Rutledge, Juanita Celina Juanita Celina Rutledge, 89, was born on February 1924 in Espanola, NM to Damian Garcia and Sofia Herrera de Garcia. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Albuquerque, NM. Juanita is survived by her son, Ronnie Rutledge (Leticia) of Santa Fe, NM; and one granddaughter, Shanti Cartmell (Travis) of Rifle, CO. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed. Juanita was a member of the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church and a Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed working at KDCE and KLOS radio stations for many years and retired from the New Mexico Highway Department. She was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Rutledge, grandson, Erin Rutledge, and her amazing brothers and sister. Honorary pallbearers will be Juanita�s beloved great-grandchildren: Megan Montoya; Marqus Rutledge; Jacob Montoya; Damian Gallegos and Noah Cartmell. A Rosary will be recited Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at San Felipe de Neri Church. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at San Felipe de Neri Church. Interment will take place after the service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. No reception will be held. The family would like to thank all of their family and friends for their kind thoughts and prayers during their time of bereavement. The staff at Silver Wings assisted living and Presbyterian Hospice provided Juanita with loving care and attention.
