Jude Allen Worden

Jude A. Worden, 88, died peacefully on May 10, 2024, in his home. He was born November 1, 1935, in Buffalo, New York, and moved to Albuquerque in 1953. Jude served in the U.S. Army from 1962-1963 and worked at Sandia Labs for 30 years.

An avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener, Jude enjoyed meeting new people, eating good food, and having “so much fun” with family and friends. He and his wife, Marie celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on April 4, 2024.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, Marie (Mallon) Worden, is his sister, Beverly; his son, Joseph and his wife, Ellen; grandson, Colton; daughter, Teresa (Worden) Boyd and her husband, Dave. Jude is preceded in death by his daughter, Rosemary, and sister, Shirley.
