Julia Wickham

WICKHAM - Julia Wickham, 92, passed away February 18, 2009. She was born September 10, 1916, in Cove, Arkansas, to Henry G. and Bolognia A. (Boyer) White. Julia was a resident of Albuquerque for almost 80 years. She is survived by her five children; Vera A. Rutan, Lewie O. Wickham, Jean Rodarte (Johnny), Jane McDougal (F.L.), Hank G. Wickham (Terri), all of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lettie Wickham; nephews and niece, Patrick, Michael, and Dianne White. Julie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Lewis A. Wickham. She was a member of the American Legion, Post 49, Hellwig and Farmer employee for 18 years, school bus aide, accomplished seamstress, and excellent sharpshooter. Julia dearly loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, they were the light of her life. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in her honor to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 883-1455, or your favorite charity.
