Julianita Ulibarri

Ulibarri, Julianita (Lucero) 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. She was born in Socorro, NM on October 7, 1936 to Marcos and Emilia(Torres) Lucero. Julianita was a life long resident of Socorro. She was a very devoted wife and mother, her greatest passion was caring for her family. Julianita loved her grandsons to the fullest and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Juanita Naranjo; and her brothers, Richard Lucero; and Gilbert Lucero. Julianita is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Candido Ulibarri; her devoted daughter, Kathleen Ulibarri and her husband, Daniel Martinez; her grandsons, Joseph C. Ulibarri; and Gilbert Anthony Lopez; her loving sister, Mary Soto; and many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members. A Holy Rosary will be recited on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:30 am at the San Miguel Catholic Church,403 El Camino Real, Socorro followed by a Mass of Resurrection which will be celebrated at 9:00 am with Monsignor Gomez as Celebrant. Inurnment will be held in the San Miguel Catholic Cemetery following the service. Pallbearers are Joseph C.Ulibarri, Gilbert Anthony Lopez, Gilbert Lucero, and Oscar Soto.
