Juliette Bartlett died peacefully on December 10, 2014 in her home in Rio Rancho, NM. She was a long time resident of Clarendon and West Rutland, VT. Born March 12, 1926 in Proctor, VT. She was predeceased by her parents, Isidore and Alice LaVictoire of Clarendon, VT; brother, Henry LaVictoire of Clarendon, VT; her husband of 65 years, George Bartlett of West Rutland, VT.
Juliette had a great appreciation for the Victorian style which was evident in her beautiful homes, flower gardens and holiday traditions. Through the example of her vision and craft she has touched and inspired family and friends for life. Through her motherly instinct she nurtured, with dedication and love, several generations of children.
Survivors include her daughters: Carol Anderson and husband, Tom, Sharon Jensen and partner, Ray Johnson, all of Rio Rancho, NM, and Lori VanLaningham of Net Cong, NJ; son, Dennis Bartlett and wife, Joyce of Scottsbluff, NE; sister, Cecile Kissell of Rutland, VT; brothers, Lee LaVictoire of Rutland, VT, and Thomas LaVictoire of Clarendon, VT; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Memorial Services and burial will be held in West Rutland, VT in July of 2015.
