Juliette Martinez Pacheco

Juliette Martinez Pacheco passed away on June 4, 2021 in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 80.

Juliette is survived by her husband of 12 years, Robert S. Pacheco; daughter, Matisse Martinez, son-in-law, Jeff Popenoe; son, Michael Martinez, Leonella Martinez, daughter, Monique Sanchez; Dusty Eldridge; Gerald Sanchez; step son-in-law, Toby Pacheco; step daughter-in-law, Angela Pacheco; step son-in-law, Doug Pacheco, niece, Ana Thompson; nephew, Erik Kerzee; grandchildren, Sarina Martinez, Mario Antone Martinez, Jake Sanchez, Andre Sanchez, Clarissa Pacheco, DeAundra Pacheco, Dominic Pacheco, Daniel Pacheco, Tayler Pacheco; great grandchildren, Rico Perez; and her dog, Poquito. She is preceded in death by her father, Ted Torres Chacon; mother, Celsa (Sally) Montoya Chacon; sister, Rosemary Thompson; and brother, Theodoro Chacon.

Juliette was born on December 11, 1940 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Ted and Celsa Chacon. She graduated from Albuquerque High School. She married Robert S. Pacheco on February 21, 2009 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Juliette was a very jovial person who loved her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She loved to cook and entertain. She also enjoyed being outdoors, camping, and RVing. She was a devoted member at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church. She will be truly missed by all her friends and family.

A rosary will be recited at 11:00 am on Monday, June 14, 2021 followed by a funeral service at Daniels Family Sara Chapel – 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. Interment will take place at Vista Verde Memorial Park. A reception will follow from 1-3:00 pm at Elks Lodge – 1530 Barbara Loop SE.
