Vigil - June M. (Cordova) Vigil, 69, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in Albuquerque, NM. June was born in Alamosa, Co on June 11, 1941 to Serafin and Placida (Garcia). She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Frank A. Vigil; her devoted children, Frank Vigil Jr.; and Ursula Vigil; her grandchildren, her pride and Joy, Celeste Tobin; and Zachary Vigil; her sisters, Loyda Palato and husband, Fidel; Sarah Sisneros and husband, Camilo; Novela Marquez; Sandra Baltizar; and Charmaine Cordova; her brother-in-law, Albert Perez; and several nieces and nephews. June adored her grandchildren to the fullest. She enjoyed cooking, camping, and dancing. Her Brother-in-law, Fidel could sure dance her socks off. June loved to listen to Vicente Fernandez and George Strait. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, her brother, Dennis Cordova, and her sisters, Marcella Flores, and Eunice Perez. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Daniels Family Funeral Services Socorro Chapel from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. No formal services are scheduled at this time.
