Howe, Katherine S. Age 49, passed away Friday, September 7, 2012. She was born in Little Rock, AR on October 27, 1962 to Gustavus H. and Lurene S. Scott (Simmons). She was preceded in death by her father, Gustavus Scott. She is survived by her husband, Brian A. Howe; mother, Lurene Simmons, daughters, Courtney Howe, Carissa Howe; sister, Meghan; brother, David.
