Keith R. Largo died July 13, 2011 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born January 17, 1941, in Borrego Pass, New Mexico. Largo was born into the Bitter Water People Clan and he was born for the Hairy One's/Weavers People Clan. Largo attended school in Chilacco, Oklahoma. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator with Eastern Agency BIA Road Department and Gallup McKinley County Roads. Survivors include his mother, Ellen Sloan, of Crownpoint; brother, Lincoln Largo of Crownpoint; sister, Janet Morgan, of Smith Lake; grandparents, Kehasbah Begay and Clizzie Begay. Largo was preceded in death by his father, Frank Largo. Pallbearers will be Edison Sloan, Jayson Tom, James Tom, Stanford Saunders, Chris Tsosie, and Harrison Jones Jr. A family meeting for relatives and friends will be 4 p.m., Friday, July 15 at the Smith Lake Chapter House.
