Kenneth Eby

Kenneth “Kenn” L. Eby passed away on August 25th, 2022, at his home in Corrales, New Mexico, at the age of 88 years old.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife Kathleen of Corrales, New Mexico, his daughter Kathleen Pershing (Mark) of Aurora, Colorado, his daughter Heather Goodwin (Tom) of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and by granddaughter Abigail R. Goodwin. Kenneth is preceded in death by his brother Dale R. Eby.

Kenneth was born on Saturday, September 23rd, 1933, in York, Pennsylvania, to Eleanor K. (Steager) and Harvey A. Eby. Kenneth attended Pennsylvania State University and then went on to join the United States Army. He served in the Army and stationed in France from 1951 to 1953. Kenneth was honorably discharged. He married Ms. Kathleen A. Beadersted in Albuquerque on Saturday, February 8th, 1964. They were married for 58 years.

Kenneth worked at the City of Albuquerque planning department for 30 years, retiring as Assistant Director. He loved working on home projects and landscaping. Kenneth was a member of the San Ysidro Catholic Church in Corrales, New Mexico.

Dad, you were the most wonderful husband and father in the world. You will be dearly missed.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Mount Calvary, located at 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Friday, September 2nd, 2022, beginning at 1:00PM. Burial to follow.
