Larry Garcia, age 66, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born September 6, 1955 to John and Ylia Garcia in Huntington Beach, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parent John and Ylia Garcia.
Larry is survived by his: fiancé, Lucille; son, Richard and wife, Thao; daughter, Denise; sister, Dolores; brother, John; grandchildren: Candice, Anthony, Julie, Leon, and Lino; great-grandchildren: Nico, Honest, and Tyler.
He received his diploma from Valley High School. He went to IBEW Electrical Trade School. He was an electrician for Broken Arrow for 7 years; a member of IBEW Local #611 for 48 years.
Larry enjoyed watching movies and going to casinos; loved the horseraces, playing music, and trips to Ruidoso.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment will follow at 12:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Pallbearers will be Joel, Chris, Matthew, Anthony, Eddie, and Vince. Pastor Richard M. Garcia from Christian Family, will host the services.
