Age 87, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014. She was born in Balonyszentivan, Hungary on February 15, 1927, to Steven and Monika (Edl) Mader. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Josef Erker; daughter, Janet Farrell; sister, Heidi Ticich; brother, Steven Mader. Laura is survived by her children, Clara Trimboli, Irene Erker and husband Alex Samaniego, Robin Luttrell, Denise Erker, Roger Erker and wife Doreen Erker; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Titus Mader. Laura was a professional chef and enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, November 17, 2014 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 1001 Meteor Avenue NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Laura 's honor to St. John Vianney Building Fund.
