Lena DeSalle

Lena DeSalle, 93, of Farmington, passed away Monday, June 22nd in Farmington surrounded by her daughters.. She was born December 1, 1915 in Koehler, NM to Dominic and Domenica Gatti. Lena married Joe DeSalle in Raton, New Mexico on August 14, 1929. She worked with her husband at DeSalle Furniture in Raton, NM for many years. They were co-owners of the Garden Spot Produce in Farmington. Lena was a wonderful, loving Mother to her four daughters. She was a member and President of B & PW; a member and officer of the Garden Club and a member of the Alter Society at her church. She loved gardening, crochet, reading and spending time with her family. Lena was preceded in death by her husband and ten brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Jane Erickson, Jo-Ann Vincent, Noreen Sellmeyer and husband Cuff all of Farmington and Jean Marie DeSalle of Killeen, Texas, a sister, Susie Recchia, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Cuff Sellmeyer, Jamie Erickson, Loren Erickson, Eric Golden, Greg Golden and Jeffrey Myers. Lena is in the care of: Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home 103 E.
