Lena A. Trujillo

TRUJILLO- Lena A. Trujillo, age 81, went home with the Lord on Friday, January 16, 2009, with her loving son Paul by her bedside, after a courageous battle with a lengthy illness. Lena was born on July 27, 1927 in Santa Fe, NM to Celestino and Guadalupita Apodaca. Lena was kindhearted, loving, caring, and devoted to her family and friends. She was devoted to her Catholic Faith. Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Joe R. Trujillo. Lena is survived by her daughter Dora Medina; sons, Steve and Paul Trujillo; her devoted and loving niece and Goddaughter Edwina Romero; sisters Helen Romero, Dolores Ingram, Lucy Apodaca, Viola Apodaca; brothers, Joe Apodaca, Eddie Apodaca, Reyes Apodaca, and Celestino Apodaca, Jr.; three granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many more relatives and friends. She is now rejoined in heaven with her loved ones that have gone before us, and will be greatly missed by all.
