Leo Sonny"" Victor Jones

Leo Victor Jones passed from this life on April 27, 2009 in Tucson, AZ at the age of 76. He was born at home on November 24, 1932 in Taloga, OK to Harold V. and Ruby Mae (Miller) Jones. Leo was proud to have served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He met and married Evelyn D. Galiegue and together had five children. Our Dad enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He was preceded in death by his father Harold V. and stepmother Jo Jones; his mother Ruby Mae and stepfather Vern Carpenter; two sisters, Helen Miller and Marjorie Slowly; his former wife, Evelyn D. Galiegue; three sons, Troy Victor Jones and twin sons; and numerous nieces and nephews. Leo is survived by two daughters, Susan M. Wilson and husband Danny, and Robin K. Davis and husband Jimmy; sister, Leota Dean and husband Art; brother, George Pitman and wife Pam; granddaughter, Tabatha L. Hekpah; two great-grandchildren, Bryan Hekpah and Bryanna Davis-Hekpah; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to: Cope Memorial Chapel 404 W.
