Leo J. Tafoya

In Loving Memory of Leo J. Tafoya, at the age of 72, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020. He was born in Rawlins, Wyoming to Lucy Quientana and Ambrosio Tafoya.

Leo is survived by his loving wife Tina Marie Tafoya of 43 years, 2 daughters; 3 sons; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Daughters; Deanna & Anthony and  children; Elijah, Mariah and Zeke. Geraldine & Sal and children; Patrick and John Paul and two great-grandchildren. Sons; Leopold and Melissa and children; MaKayla, Mia and Leopold. Santana & Alanna and children; Iziah and Aliah, Mario & Valerie and children Kylee and Josiah. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Judy Tafoya.

Leo is an Honorable Veteran, his career of 23 years as a SSG in the Army of the United States of  America, and he also has held many careers in transportation positions in his life,  Albuquerque Sun Tran, Albuquerque Public School Bus Drive and Herrera Tour Buses.

He enjoyed camping and fishing. Collecting coins, stamps, pins, and trains. Baseball was the sport of his choice and helping with the Cub Scouts.
