She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Poolheco, Sr..

Leslie is survived by son, David Poolheco; brother, Frank Poolheco Jr. of Santo Domingo Pueblo, NM; mother, Theresa Poolheco; sister, Jackie Poolheco; nephew, Marcus; niece, Alisha; Great-Nephews, Aurelins Moquino, and Xavier Moquino.

Leslie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
