Lewis L. Moore

MOORE- Lewis L. Moore, 89, a resident of New Mexico since 1958, passed away April 30, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley M. Moore of Rio Rancho, NM; daughter, Lynn Moore of Rio Rancho, NM. He was preceded in death by his son, Stuart S. Moore. Lewis was a veteran of WWII where he was awarded the Silver Star. He worked at the Naval Weapons Evaluation Facility for 30 plus years. He was also an avid golfer. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, May 5, 2011, Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE and Meadowlark Lane, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will follow services at 12:45 pm, Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
