Lillian Mae White

January 25, 1939 — October 19, 2009

Lillian was born January 25, 1939 to Ben Beyale and Mary Lopez. She married Jerry White on March 25, 1971 in Aztec, NM. She received her high school diploma from Fort Wingate, NM in 1959. After receiving her diploma she went on to work in numerous places including over ten years for the Department of Human Services, for KNDN radio station, then at The Nenahnezad Boarding School where she retired from after years of dedication. Lillian's hobbies included watching movies, sewing, church, and going to flea markets and yard sales. She loved to go on scenic rides to Colorado. She also enjoyed going out to eat with her family. She enjoyed and loved to be in the company of her grandchildren who she was very proud of. Lillian also had all the time in the world to feed her animals whom she cared about. Lillian taught us the value of family, responsibility and how to be a strong person and to always speak your mind. She is survived by her husband Jerry White of Upper Fruitland, her son, Gerard White and his wife Imogene White and their five children of Upper Fruitland, her daughter, Phoebe Curtis and husband Levi Curtis along with their three children and one grandchild also of Upper Fruitland, her daughter, Erma Watchman and husband Mikal Watchman with two sons and three grandchildren of Farmington, her daughter, Hazel Belin and husband Franklin Belin, their four children and six grandchildren all of Upper Fruitland, her daughter, Geraldine White and seven children and eight grandchildren, her sisters, Marilyn Beyale Joe and Joann Silago, her brothers, George Beyale, Sam Valdez and Melvin Beyale. She also has extended family of whom she took under her wing and loved them as they were her own children. They are Calvin O' John of Farmington and his five daughters, Miranda Weaver of Farmington and her son, and the late Adrianna Weaver and her three children who are taken care of by Gerard and Imogene, their aunt and uncle, Leta and Irvin Tso, their two children and eight grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her two sons Johnathan R. Sam and Kurt A. White, one granddaughter Yolanda D. Harrison, and her four brothers Kee Beyale, Frank Beyale, Charlie Lynell and Eugene Beyale.
