Linda Carol Kirby

Linda Carol Kirby, 69, of Aztec, passed from this life on Saturday, March 19, 2011, in Durango, Colo. She was born Aug. 5, 1941, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Leon Ashton White and Louise Florence Crowley. She married Robert Lee Zieger on Feb. 28, 1959. They had 10 children. She was a very loving mother, sister, wife and friend. Linda enjoyed being around her 17 grandchildren, gardening and sewing. She enjoyed the trees, birds and the smell of fresh rain. Linda will be so dearly missed by many. Our tears will be lifted up on the wings of the hummingbirds to our mother until we see you again. She was preceded in death by her first husband; daughter, Laura; and son, Robert Jr. Linda is survived by her third husband, Dave Behee; sons, Daniel, Scott, Andrew and Timothy; daughters, Denise, Julie, Erin and Jennifer; sisters, Dorthy, Sylvia and Susan; and 17 grandchildren.
