Linda Meadows

Linda, 54, passed away peacefully while in her sleep on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She was born on October 2, 1956 to Roland and Nina Hewitt in Alexandria, VA. Her life was filled with more than her fair share of illness, however, she used every moment of her life putting the needs of others before her own. Linda dedicated her life to caring for her family, especially her parents, uncle, children and grandchildren; and she dedicated her career to helping emotionally and physically disabled children. As sad a time as this is, she is blessed to be reunited with her father, Roland, her first born son, Jon Mark, and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Linda is survived by her mother, Nina; former husband and father to all her children, Mark Meadows. her four children; Jason, Jacob and his wife Tina Marie, Sarah and her husband Johnny and Jordon and his wife Jacqi; six grandchildren, Vanessa, Jamie - "Rest in Peach Little Gramma, love your Angel", Adam, Kayla, Joseph and Janell; two brothers, Russell and Randy and his wife Monica; Fiance' Robert Connolly; three nephews; Ryan, Justin and Nathan. three nieces Jessica, Samantha and Lauren and more friends than she realized. Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 11:00 pm. at St. Chad's Episcopal Church.
