Linda Sanchez

Linda Sanchez, age 79, was born on August 13, 1943 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Samuel Sterrett and Lorraine Sterrett.

Linda passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on January 2, 2023. 

Linda is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Raymond Sanchez; son, Gregory Sanchez; daughter, Laurel Grimes; sister, Donna Lott; daughter-in-law, Cathy Sanchez; son-in-law, Robert Grimes; granddaughter, Delaney Grimes; grandsons, Ryan Grimes, Daniel Sanchez, and Mark Sanchez; and numerous in-laws and nieces and nephews. 

Linda was a graduate of Sandia High School where she met her beloved husband, Raymond. She has been a member of La Mesa Presbyterian Church since the 1970s. Linda’s kindness, compassion, and empathy for others will never be forgotten. 

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 10:00am at La Mesa Presbyterian, 7401 Copper Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
