Lori Beth Medina

Lori Beth Medina, servant of Jesus, devourer of gluten free pastries, mother of rat dogs, and queen of poking fun at her son-in-law (and others).  

Lori, 55 years old and a resident of Rio Rancho, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 surrounded by family and loved ones after her 4 and a half year battle with cancer. She enjoyed all things life had to offer such as spending time with family and friends, traveling with her husband for work and when at home, playing with the family dogs. She loved animals, gardening and dining at her favorite restaurant, Los Poblanos. Lori loved God and always put others before herself when help was needed. She never let anyone go hungry and would always make sure anyone she came across was having a good day. She will be dearly missed by everyone that had the lucky opportunity to know her. She is survived by her husband, Fred Medina Jr. and two children, Alyssa Harrington and Nathan Medina of Rio Rancho, New Mexico along with her sisters, Jan and Sandy and mother Irene Bradley, a resident of Albuquerque as well as her granddaughter who just arrived to the world, Melody Medina.
