Louriano Garcia

            In loving memory of Louriano Garcia “Conce” Aka Brother Lou (July 21, 1942 – November 7, 2023) 81 years old. Born in Estancia, New Mexico. Brother Lou lived in Albuquerque for over 20 years, and he was a long-time resident of Roswell, New Mexico at the time of his death.

           He was preceded in death by his parents Teofilo Garcia and Maria Garcia, his brothers George Garcia and Abelino Garcia, sisters Mary Garcia, Juanita Garcia, Lala Garcia, and his great grandson Donovan Chenoweth.

           He is survived by his loving wife Alice Garcia of 60 years, sister Lupe Garcia, his 6 children Daniel Garcia, Yvonne De La Torre married to Fidel De La Torre, David Garcia widow to his wife Tina Garcia, Gretta Aragon married to Joe Aragon, Louie Garcia married to Anna Garcia, and Moriah Garcia. Brother Lou had 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and made several friends throughout his years.

            Brother Lou retired from the City of Albuquerque Waste Management Department after 26 years, he then dedicated an additional 18 more years at Farmers Country Market in Roswell. Bro Lou was a very friendly, hard-working, outspoken person; he enjoyed making people laugh. He loved to sing, he liked playing his guitar and his harmonica. He liked going for long drives and loved talking to his children on the phone. He was a dedicated congregant to Church on the Move in Roswell, NM.
