Age 72, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 in Socorro, NM. She was born in Magdalena, NM on August 3, 1944, to Amado and Josie Rael Aragon. Luciana was a hard worker all of her life and strong in her faith. She loved to read and enjoyed looking for arrowheads. Luciana was very devoted to her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 28 years, Richard Gutierrez; brothers, Frank, Ricardo and Lorenzo Aragon; sisters, Louisa Gonzales and Margie Mendez; grandchildren, Samuel and Mark Jaramillo. Luciana is survived by daughter, Suzanne Sanchez and husband, Nepomuceno III; sons, Richard "Tweety" Gutierrez and Armado Gutierrez; brother, Donaciano Aragon and wife, Elisa; grandson, Isaiah Jaramillo and girlfriend Traci Rodriguez; and great grandchildren , Livii and Isla Jaramillo. Services will be celebrated on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Horse Springs, NM with Deacon Roberto Aragon officiating.
