Lucy Lou Webb. 83. of Bloomfield, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2011 in Aztec. She was born August 4, 1937 in Durango, Colorado to Aruthur Perry and Lillie Louise Birtrong Webb. Lucy was a loving mother and grandmother and was dedicated to her children. She is survived by her sons, Daniel Morgan, Damon Naudsley, Raymond Morgan and Lucas Morgan and daughters Dottie Marshall and Debbie Ballard.
