Luis Pablo Campos

CAMPOS- Luis Pablo Campos, age 84, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Luis was born January 25, 1927 in El Cerro, NM. Luis adored his family and loved spending his time with them; he also enjoyed fishing and going to the horse races. Luis is preceded in death by his parents, Teofilo and Catalina Baca; his brothers, Leo Campos, Orlando Baca; and sister Honey Martinez. He is survived by his friend and mother of his children, Esther Castillo-Gonzales, his four children, Adeline Hernandez and son-in-law Fernie, Denise Smith and son-in-law T, Ronnie Gonzales and daughter-in-law Beverly, Barbara Gonzales and son-in-law Andy; 14 grandchildren, Carla, Erik, Carla V., Quinton, Angel, RJ, Sherry, Jasmine, Louie, Justin, Kimberly, Erick, Alika, Jonathan; two great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Nevaeh; and his sisters, Mela Gurule, Martha Zamora and Cathy Olguin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Luis will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him. A Visitation and Prayer Service will take place at Garcia Mortuary in the Chapel of Angels, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave. NW, Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.; Interment to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
