Lynsey N, Mattingly

Lynsey Nicole Mattingly, age 28, passed away October 18, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM.  Lynsey was born in Albuquerque May 4, 1988 to Curtis A. and Serena Lynne (Griffith) Mattingly.  Except for a short time away, Lynsey was a life-long resident of the Albuquerque area and graduated from Victory Christian High School. She is lovingly remembered as a “Daddy’s girl”; while, Lynsey and her mother shared a special mother-daughter bond. She was a special lady who endeared herself to all who knew her-both family and friends. In addition to her parents, Lynsey is survived by her maternal grandmother; Liane Garrett, aunt and uncles; Kathy and Bill Hoogeboom, John Griffith, Paul Mattingly and Wayne Mattingly, cousins; Sabrina Kleinheitz, Andrew Hoogeboom and Isabel Theil; “sister”, Deb Ponce; “nieces” Stormy and Cadance and many other dear “sisters”; and, as she would say, her “Drewfasa”. A Celebration of Lynsey’s life will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Gospel Light Baptist Church, 1500 Southern Blvd SE in Rio Rancho.  Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road SE at Meadowlark Lane in Rio Rancho.  For more information or to leave a message of condolence, please visit www.danielsfuneral.com
