Macedon Lucero

LUCERO - Macedon Lucero, age 69, beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, was gently handed over to the Lord in the presents of his loving family, Friday, August 14, 2009. Mr. Lucero was preceded in death by his two sons, David Lucero and Macedon Lucero Jr.; his parents, Abran and Conrada Lucero; his brother, Phil Lucero; and a sister, Vickie Almendarez. Macedon is survived by his loving wife for over 50 years, Judy Lucero of Albuquerque; his children, Stephanie Lucero and husband Jesus of Flagstaff, AZ., Lorraine Lucero of Watonga, OK., Manuel Lucero and wife Julie of Flagstaff, AZ., Natalie Sicilia and husband Sam of Jacksonville, AR., Christine Diamond and husband Jeff of Jacksonville, AR., and Connie Gamboa and husband Gerardo of Flagstaff, AZ.; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Louisa Dean and Rita Lucero; nieces, nephews; and other numerous relatives and friends. Pall Bearers will be Jesus Longorid, Sam Sicilia, Jeff Diamond, Gerardo Gamboa, Macedon M. Lucero, Stephen Goodrich. Honorary Bearers will be Pedro Sanchez and Joe Salazar.
