Marcelina S. Brayboy, 83, of Socorro. Was called to her eternal resting place on April 8, 2018.  She was born on October 19, 1934 in Quemado, New Mexico.

Marcelina is preceded in death by her father Prodencio Padilla and mother Guadalupe Padilla and many brothers and sisters.

Marcelina is survived by her sister Carolyn of Socorro, her children Matilda Baca of El Paso, Pearl and husband Paul Johnson, of Socorro, Tammie Brayboy and David Standerfer, of Socorro, Tommy Brayboy and wife, Brenda Vivier, of Los Lunas,  she is also survived by her grandchildren, Tabitha Dominguez, Felicia and husband Jeremy Chism, Tiffany and husband Michael Bennett, Tony Castillo, Jesus Castillo, Jason Vivier, Shailyn Vivier, Ashlyn Brayboy and also her great-grandchildren Talicia Bennett and Penlopee Napp and many nieces and nephews.

She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt.  She was a hard worker and raised 4 children with very little help. She loved to cook and help out at the elementary schools as a grandma in the classrooms.
