Maria Gonzales

Gonzales, Maria Age 85, resident of Albuquerque, NM, departed this earth on January 23, 2013 at her home from natural causes to join her beloved husband Marcelino Gonzales, 89, who passed away November 25, 2012. The beloved couple were married for 65 years. Maria was born on Hanau, Germany on December 17, 1927. Marcelino Gonzales who was born in Grants, NM on December 5, 1922. He was a also a resident of Albuquerque, NM. They were active members of the German American Club. Marcelino was veteran of 3 wars, World War II, Korea and Vietnam. Marcelino also had a career with the United Stated Postal Services for many years from which he retired. Mr. and Mrs. Gonzales are survived by their children; son, Hans Gonzales and wife Betty; daughter Vera Schueler and her husband, Joachim; daughter, Brenda Dela Cruz; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson that also filled their life with happiness along with numerous friends.
