Maria S. Saavedra

Maria S. Saavedra Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the age of 93. She was born in Los Lentes, NM to Jose and Anita. Maria adored her family and loved spending time with them. Maria is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Pedro "Pete"; one daughter, C.R. Rowley; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus, 300 Mildred Ave NW on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11:00 am. Internment will take place on Monday December 10, 2012 at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 pm. Maria will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
