Marian Annette (Davis) Silver

SILVER- Marian Annette (Davis) Silver, 61, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque was called home to God on Thursday, March 26, 2009. She was survived by her loving daughters, Annette Silver-Betts, Donna Silver, and Kimberly Silver, brother, Charles Davis and wife Vicki. She adored her six grandchildren; Jasmine, Austin Alexandria (Allie), Ajasha, Ava, and April and her extended family. Ms. Silver studied classical music at the University of New Mexico. In addition to sharing her soul-stirring gospel music for over 40 years in our local churches, Ms. Silver played the piano and sang at countless weddings, funerals, banquets, plays, concerts, musicals, in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. She served the Mission and as Minister of Music at New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church and later at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She retired from the New Mexico Public Defenders Office after nearly 15 years of dedicated service.
