Marie T. Huntsman (Kelley), 89, beloved wife, mother grandmother and great grandmother was a resident of Albuquerque since 1960 joined our heavenly Father on her birthday April 15, 2018. Marie was born to Ed and Anna Novasatka in Shamokin, Pennsylvania in April 1929. Marie was the oldest of 4 siblings.
Marie is preceded in death by her husband of 24 years William F. Kelley and her second husband of 24 years, William T. Huntsman III as well as her beloved grandson Kerry Adam Lewiecki and her parents Ed and Anna.
She is survived by her eight children: Peter F. Kelley (Kathy), Kathleen Floyd, Maura Lewiecki (Michael), William T. Huntsman (Lisa), Matthew Kelley (Cherie), Robert Huntsman, (Jackie), Sean Kelley (Sheryl), and Molly Bency (Douglas), 19 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Marie is also survived by her sisters, Nancy Olsweski, Kathleen Manzo, Marie Keller (niece) and her brother Ed Novasatka.
Marie was a devoted wife and mother and always supported her family in every way possible. She loved attending sports activities for her grandchildren as well as the UNM Lobos. She was very dedicated to her church, Our Lady of Fatima and was a Eucharistic minister and greeter, as well as serving in the Consolation Ministry and Marriage Enrichment. Marieâs career was in nursing and locally she worked at St. Josephâs Hospital, Santo Domingo and Cochiti Elementary as a school nurse and was the head of Utilization Review at Brokerage Services before retiring.  She and her husband Bill Huntsman enjoyed traveling, boating and camping with their children.
Pallbearers are the first sons of her eight children: Bryan Kelley, Akil Bektemba, Brendan Lewiecki, Billy Huntsman, Shane Kelley, Christopher Huntsman, Matthew Kelley, and Daniel Bency.
Rosary is Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Danielâs Funeral Home, 3113 Carlisle N.E. Mass on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4020 Lomas NE. A reception will follow and burial will be at 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband Bill Huntsman.
