Marie Tere"" Torres

TORRES- Marie “Tere” Torres, 61, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM, was called home to our Lord and Savior on January 2, 2011. She was born on January 15, 1949 to Jesus and Linda (Hernandez) Gallegos of El Paso, TX. She was a caregiver with home healthcare. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Romero; her parents, Jesus and Linda Gallegos; and a brother, Jessie Gallegos. Mrs. Torres is survived by her children: Denise Archuleta and her husband, Ron, Cynthia Romero and her husband, Daniel Baldonado, Matthew Romero and Joseph Torres; her grandchildren, Dominic Archuleta, Felicia Archuleta, Fabian Archuleta, Shiann Medina, Junior Medina and Hayley Medina; and a great-granddaughter, Heaven Rodriguez. A Viewing and Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 8, at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 8, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM. The Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 8, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM. Pallbearers will be Matthew Romero, Fabian Archuleta, Ron Archuleta, Daniel Baldonado, Lawrence Archuleta, Robert Archuleta and Junior Medina.
