Mark D. Spore, 54, passed away in his van along with his dog Boots in an accidental fire, Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009, in Carlsbad, NM. He was born September 21, 1954, in Greensburg, PA., to Arnold and Lavonne Spore. Mark went to Hempfield High School. He was an accomplished artist and musician, painted many murals in Pennsylvania, Florida and New Mexico. Mark also recorded three CD's of original New Age classical piano music. He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Spore. He is survived by his mother, Lavonne Spore of Kanab, UT; his sisters Debby Widolf and partner Victor Gutschalk, Brenda Malone and partner Pete Joaquim of Palm Springs, CA.
