Martin Lenzer

Martin Lenzer, 88, of Alb. NM, passed most peacefully in his sleep on Sunday Dec. 31 surrounded by his family & Loving friends. Marty was born in The Bronx, NY. Marty was a member of the US Army & served in Korea achieving a rank of Sergeant before an honorable discharge. He graduated in 1955 from CCNY with a degree in business. Shortly after, met Pat, who he loved impeccably for over 62 years. Marty, a natural salesman, excelled for many years in sales & won awards most always. After moving to Alb., NM in 1974 for one more sales position and within a few years joined Pat in real estate and became ideal partners , attracting success almost effortlessly. Marty & Pat founded & ran Prudential Southwest Realty, along with their son, Tom for many years. Their daughter, Heidi, brought the gift of music to Marty and everyone who listened. Her creativity surely came from her parents. Marty, who lost Pat in Sept. , 2017 after 62 years is survived by Tom Lenzer of Alb., NM, Heidi, & her husband Joe Camilli & their 2 daughters, Madeline & Katheryn, all of Boulder, Co. Katheryn has married Nathaniel Painter also from Boulder. Nieces Alice Reno, Mimi Happ, nephew Darrell Happ, all of Clermont, Fl. and many Loving friends who have all been blessed by the Love Marty extended & shared selflessly over his lifetime.
