Arnot, Mary Lou Best passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013. After suffering from Alzheimer's. She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Andrew Best, mother, Hester May Goodwin; Sister, Lucille Langan Pollitz; brother, Lawrance Best; son, Mark Arnot. Mary Lou is survived by husband of 59 years, George A. Arnot Jr.; son, Michael and Denise Arnot; son, Martin and Susan Arnot; daughter, Gail and Martin Estrada; son, Matthew and Deena Arnot; son, Marvin Arnot; son Morgan Arnot; grandsons, Mark, Ty, Christopher, Steven, David and Hunter; Sister in law, Thelma Lee Best. Her Family and all her many bridge and Tennis friends will miss her greatly. Mary Lou was a lovely lady, a loyal and cherished friend. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Mary Lou 's honor to Alzheimer's Disease Research P.O. Box 1950 Clarksburg, MD, 20871. Mary Lou's large extended family will miss her greatly.
