MARY LUCELLA (ANDERSON) DOWNING, 104, of Bloomfield passed away peacefully at her home early Tuesday, May 26, 2009 with her family by her side. Mary was born August 30, 1904 in Hammond, San Juan County, New Mexico the daughter of Hans Anderson and Katherine Elizabeth (Asplund) Anderson. She was married to Paul Downing on April 6, 1930 and he preceded her in death along with 11 other siblings. Pallbearers are Daison Shockley, Eric Smith, Scott, Smith, Roy Smith, Russell Smith and Gary M. McDaniel. Honorary pallbearers are Levi McDaniel, Korey McDaniel and Herbert A. McDaniel.
