Mary Frances, age 85, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 29, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.  She was born March 3, 1938, in Tucumcari, New Mexico to Sidillio and Ramona Otero who preceded her in death.  She was the oldest of four children which included her sisters Christine, Jeannie, and brother Charlie.

Mary Frances was proud of all her family which included her beloved husband of 65 years, Ralph and their 3 children, Robert (and his wife Sherri), Kimberly (and her husband Robert) and Rhonda (and her husband Dennis).  She was blessed with 8 grandchildren who will serve as Pallbearers: Derek, Matthew, Natalie, Donny, Nicole, Ralph, Joseph, and Nate; 14 great grandchildren: Ryan, Emily, Alex, Silas, Shep, Huck, Hannah, Joshua, Ava, Adelaide, Tre, Ellie, David, and Jacob.

She enjoyed various activities which included bowling leagues in her younger years, trips to Las Vegas and Bingo at Sandia Casino.  She cherished being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  We will all miss her welcoming smile and feisty sense of humor.

A funeral service will be held Nov 8, 2023 at 2:30pm at Mount Calvary Cemetery (Santa Rosa De Lima section).  A memorial celebration will take place afterwards for family and friends at the Fraternal Order of Police.
