Mary Jo Linville

Linville, Mary Jo Mary Jo Linville, 74, passed away August 21, 2013 surrounded by her children in Rio Rancho, NM. She was born June 23, 1939 in Plainview, TX to Marian and Emmett Linville. Mary Jo is survived by two sons, Jerry F. Harvey Jr. and wife Sara, and Tim Harvey and wife Kathey; one daughter, Brandy Johnson and husband Brad; five grandchildren, Kendal Wright, Kayleon Parker, Spencer Harvey, and Lydia and Audrey Johnson; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Marilyn Helms and Helen Sharp; four brothers, Emmett, Floyd, Larry, and Jerry Don Linville. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Everett and Loyd Linville; one sister, Linda Breckenridge. Mary Jo grew up in Plainview, TX, and moved to Amarillo, TX in 1963 where she lived for most of her life. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother who was always there for her children when they needed her. She took great pride in her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially reading to and playing with her grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Arden Road Baptist Church, 6701 Arden Road, Amarillo, TX.
