Milligan, Mary Lou passed away peacefully and entered into the Lords arms surrounded by family on March 16, 2012 in Rio Rancho, NM. She fought the good fight and she finished her race and kept the faith. Mary Lou was born on July 27, 1941 in Ute Park, NM. Mary Lou spent the majority of her life living in Springer NM.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren whom she adored. She loved to talk on the phone with family and friends, but was quite the book worm when not on the phone. Mary always had an open door at her home, and was always willing to let any family come to live at any time. In her earlier days she loved to work and be around people. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Casimiro and Magdalena Espinoza, husband Richard Milligan, daughter Julia Milligan, granddaughter Natacia Solano, brothers Casey Jr. and Larry Espinoza . Mary Lou is survived by Daughters: Brenda (Manuel) Gonzales, Bernadette (Carlos) Solano, Tina (Mark) Sowle and one son Richard Milligan. Grandchildren: Michael, Jeremy, Brianna, Anthony, Nicholas Gonzales, Alicia and Carlo Solano, Josh, Levi, Dylan Milligan, Diego and Santiago Ramirez and Aaron Sowle. Siblings: Ruby (Tom) Crabtree, Elaine (Edward) Mitchell, Nettie (Roger) Aguilar, Diana (Fred) Arellano, Kathy (Alfonzo) Padilla, Elsie (Ray Sr.) Tafoya, Matt (Lorenza) Espinoza and Jerry (Julia) Espinoza, Brother In Law- Ronnie (Jan) Milligan. Numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be on March 24, 2012 at the Jubliee Christian Fellowship in Springer NM at 10:00 a.m., graveside service to follow.
