Mary Della Smith

SMITH- Mary Della Smith, 86, passed away February 10, 2010. She was born May 18, 1923, to Ada and George Reeves, in Albuquerque, NM. Mary is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ralph C. Smith; two sons, Curtis S. Smith and his wife Susan, of Corrales, NM, and Ralph D. Smith and his wife Luella, of Cary, NC; two grandchildren, Laura and Steven Smith; two brothers, George J. Reeves and his wife Vivian, of CA, and Arthur Reeves and his wife Joan, of Albuquerque, NM. She was preceded in death by her son, Edward G. Smith. Mary was a resident of Albuquerque for almost 70 years. She was a member for Daughters of American Revolution. Mary was a collector of teddy bears, glassware, coin, and Indian Jewelry. She assisted Ralph in making and distributing wooden toys for under-privileged children.
